We offer exchanges or store credit within 14 days of receiving your order, items must be in their original packaging and be unworn. You can return your product for store credit or a different product for the same or equal value.

The quality of the scarf is top-notch. The only downside is I paid $6.99 for shipping and still had to pay bus fair to pick up the item at a pickup location. They do not deliver item to your address, event though you pay for shipping.
