We offer exchanges or store credit within 14 days of receiving your order, items must be in their original packaging and be unworn. You can return your product for store credit or a different product for the same or equal value.

The fabric is very nice BUT this headband does NOT look like the picture that is displayed on the website. The headband that I received is very narrow and flat and as a result it just doesn’t have a substantial presence. I am disappointed with this headband.
I also purchased the African Print Atiya headband and while it is more substantial looking than the Gold Goddess headband, it does not fit on my head because it is FARTOO BIG! I am EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED with the Atiya headband because I cannot wear it.
So… there appears to be a VAST DIFFERENCE in what these headbands look like, compared to how they are depicted on the website AND the sizing is inconsistent!
